Eligibility Details
You should have submitted an income tax return, New York State resident income tax return (Form IT-201), to the 2023 tax year.
– The income should be in the range of some thresholds depending on filing status:
– Single filers with income between 75001 and 150000 are paid 150.
– Single filers whose incomes are less than 75,000 get 200.
– Partially joint filers with incomes under 150,000 are given a 400 deduction, and 300 in between 150,001 and 300,000.
– You should not be included on the taxpayer of another person as a dependent.
– New York residents only, but not part-year residents.
Schedule and Distribution of Payments
Refund checks will be sent automatically during mid-October 2025 and will be sent all through October and November.
